TERMS OF SERVICE
CONDITIONS
Commissions are for personal use onlyPayments must be in USD, and can be made through either my Paypal or my Ko-FiFull payment is required up front - I will start working on your commission as soon as I receive the funds. For higher priced commissions, I am willing to take 50% up front, and then the rest once the sketch is agreed on.- Regular Commissions may take up to 3 weeks to complete
- Sketch commissions may take up to 1 week to completeIf you do not want me to post your commission on one of my art accounts, it is important that you tell me prior to the completion of the pieceFull credit is REQUIRED when reposting/using a commission (@ in bio/post etc)
RIGHTS
I have the right to decline or cancel any and all commissions. In the event of a cancellation on my end, a refund will be provided.I retain FULL rights and ownership of my workYou may:
- repost the artwork with credit
- use the artwork in any NON-COMMERCIAL environment
- trace, replicate or paint-over the artwork for STRICTLY EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES
You may not:
- claim the artwork as your own
- sell or make profit off of the artwork
- heavily edit the artwork
- trace, replicate or paint-over the artwork for NON-EDUCATIONAL PURPOSESI believe that it is important to reference other artist's work for the sake of teaching yourself art! Please feel free to reference your commission, or any of my other art if you would like to :> With this in mind, posting of any replication of my work is prohibited.
PROCESS AND REFUNDS
Once the funds for the commission are received, I will begin working on the sketch. Once the sketch is done, I will send you a progress shot. This is the stage where you can add (up to 5 or so) revisions. Once the sketch is accepted, I will begin the completion of the piece. Progress shots will be given upon request.Once the piece is completed, you may suggest two minor revisions if necessary. Once fully complete, I will send the piece through Email and Twitter.Refunds WILL be granted in the event of:
- a cancellation on my end
- the client requesting a refund and I have NOT begun work on the commission
Refunds WILL NOT be granted in the event of:
- the client requesting a refund AFTER I have finished the piece
- the client backing out after seeing the sketchI will stick to these rules most of the time, but I understand that life happens, and money can be difficult. Please feel free to negotiate with me if something comes up. If you have any questions please feel free to ask :>
PRICES AND SAMPLES
Sketch - $10 USD
can add flat colours for +$5 USD
Headshot - $30 USD
Waist Up - $45 USD
Full Body - $60 USD
BACKGROUNDS - Flat colour free, +$5 USD for simple background, +$15 USD for complex background
CHARACTERS - +75% of original price per added character
Any other additions may be negotiated!
